Our spacious 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment is a brand-new conversion of La Mirabella's 300-year-old stable accommodation. Beautifully finished, with many original features, it has a south-facing private garden terrace (90 sq metres) with stunning views of the lake and mountains.

It is partly laid to grass and mature trees provide natural shade over the eating area. This is the only apartment on the property so your privacy is guaranteed. The terrace is completely fenced in, making it very safe for young children. The tranquil garden is planted with roses, lavender and jasmine.

The 5.5-metre/18-ft above-ground swimming pool located on a separate sun terrace will provide hours of fun for children while you top up your tan on the comfortable sun loungers.

It's just 40 minutes from the Adriatic beaches and designer outlet shopping opportunities. Horse-riding and canoeing are just 5 minutes' away, and opportunities to soak in the treasures of the Renaissance abound. You can while away a few hours on the café terraces in Amandola, sipping a prosecco and watching the world go by before dinner at one of the excellent local restaurants.
