Apartment rental rates 2016

4 April–24 June €825 per week
minimum stay 3 nights

25 June–3 September: €995 per week
minimum stay 1 week

4 September–31 December €825 per week

Nightly rates pro rata, where applicable

A 25% deposit will secure your booking; the balance is payable 30 days before your arrival date, together with a fully refundable security deposit of €300.

Changeover day: usually Saturday, but we can be flexible, depending on other bookings

The apartment rental fee includes towels, bedlinen, pool/beach towels, tea towels, bathroom soaps, wifi internet connection, reasonable use of utilities (except heating, which is charged at €15 per day of use, payable locally), cot/high chair on request.
