The apartment is arranged on one level, with two shallow steps leading into it from the front door. With thick external walls, it is naturally very cool in summer and warm in winter (there is an underfloor geothermal heating system for the cooler months). All the windows have been fitted with insect screens. There is a wifi internet connection and a small valuables safe.

The comfortable sitting-room has a DVD player (and a selection of DVDs), and a selection of books and games (in English).

The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer, full oven and gas hob, electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster. Use of a washing machine (in a separate utility room) is provided.

Both bedrooms are en-suite, with walk-in showers – the main bathroom also has a bath.
